The Mundari People and their Beliefs

This is a capture of all that we know about the Mundari People of South Sudan— it narrates the myths and realities of the true history of the Mundari, its governance, and mythological beliefs. Dr. Jangaling seeks to show the significance of the oral history from elders, chiefs and sages of the various Mundari communities and clans to record the history of migration, beliefs of the various clans in their entirety. The author hopes that by investigating the origin and history of migration of the Mundari people, culture, social organization, and cosmology that missed to be recorded during the era of European colonialism of the 19^th century, it might still add to new knowledge and full understanding of where this diverse ethnic group they migrated from.
